By creating an account or using the Bare Bones Kettlebell Club ("BBKC") app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use BBKC.
You agree not to use BBKC to: post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content; harass, bully, or threaten other users; impersonate others or create misleading accounts; attempt to interfere with the app's operation; or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of content you create (workouts, comments, messages). By posting content, you grant BBKC a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post.
BBKC assigns users to accountability packs. Pack membership and assignments may change. We reserve the right to moderate pack chat and forum content, and to remove users who violate these terms.
BBKC offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
BBKC provides fitness tracking and community features. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk. BBKC is not liable for any injuries resulting from workouts performed using the app.
The BBKC app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by BBKC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support@bbkc.app.
BBKC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
